  • Where will you sleep?
You have a few options to choose from when purchasing your ticket:

    • Bring your own tent – the free and fun classic!

    • Sleep in your van – we have a small 50€ fee for van parking inside the campsite.

    • Rent a glamping tent – pre-set, comfy, and beautiful. These will be ready for you as of Thursday 25th so you can enjoy the land one additional night for no extra charge.

    Showers, Toilets & Hygiene
Toilets and showers are available on-site and included in your ticket price. We ask everyone to use biodegradable soap and shampoo only—we’re bathing in nature, not against it. There will be shared handwashing and hygiene stations available throughout the land.

  • How do I get there?

Google pin here – it is 3:00 hours drive from Lisbon, (2:40 hours from Faro Airport) about an hour South of Evora. It’s a hilly land on a massive lake. If you have a choice of car, we suggest one that isn’t too low as the ground can be rough!

When you get closer to ooohhhmmm, there’s about 20 minutes of dirt road. Follow Herdade da Barbosa signs, pass Herdade do Postoro and you’ll arrive at our main gate shortly after. Pin to the gate: https://waze.com/ul/heyf9w5wh5

    Shuttle Buses & Carpooling

We will organize shuttle buses from Lisbon and share a carpooling sheet closer to the date.
Once you’re nearby, follow the signs for Herdade da Barbosa and Herdade do Postoro.
The final 20 minutes are on a dirt road—drive slowly and carefully. We recommend cars that aren’t too low to the ground.

  • Pack the essentials to keep yourself and the land comfortable:

    • Tent, mattress, sleeping bag or blanket (unless glamping)

    • Cup, water bottle, plate, bowl & cutlery — no disposables!

    • Reusable ashtray (if you smoke)

    • Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat

    • Comfortable clothes for warm days and chilly nights

    • Good walking shoes to sway freely through uneven grounds

    • Flashlight or headlamp

    • Biodegradable toiletries

    • Earplugs if you’re a light sleeper

    • Floaties, paddleboards, lake toys

    • Your open heart & curiosity

    Is it cold at night?
Days are usually warm and dry, but nights can be cool or even chilly.
    Bring:

    • Warm layers

    • A hat and socks for sleeping comfort

  • What is the land like?

The land is raw and natural, surrounded by a beautiful lake and lush trees, offering plenty of spots to relax and connect with nature. The lake is accessible and has a pleasant temperature—perfect for a refreshing swim.

  • What will we eat and drink?

We’ll have a food court with delicious vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian options to buy with your Equilíbrio cashless bracelet. Expect wholesome, hearty, soul-filling meals.

A variety of drinks will be available throughout the festival—from warm, comforting beverages to refreshing, flavoursome choices.

    • Alcohol will only be served on Saturday.

    • Please bring your own cup or reusable bottle to help us reduce waste.

    • Filtered water will be available across the site.

  • Are children welcome?

Yes! Equilíbrio is designed with children in mind. We believe little ones bring magic, presence, and curiosity into every moment—they are a vital part of the village.
However, this is not a festival with childcare, and parents are fully responsible for their children at all times.
    We encourage you to:

    • Create soft zones

    • Bring toys for your children

    • Even host small activities for or with children

    Please note:

    • Children under 12 enter for free

    • Young tickets (12–18 years old) must be purchased as an add-on to your ticket

For your child’s wellbeing, please be mindful near the lake, in camping areas, and under the sun.

    Can I bring my pet?

As much as we love animals, no pets are allowed on site. The land is home to wildlife and open terrain. We want to minimize unpredictability and keep everyone safe.

  • What will the program be like?
Our lineup of artists and facilitators will be released closer to the date.
    Expect a blend of:

    • Creative workshops

    • Wellness and embodiment sessions

    • Music (acoustic, live, and electronic)

    Music Schedule:

    • Friday & Sunday end around midnight

    • Saturday has late-night programming

During the day—enjoy the lake, float, and relax. Bring your paddleboards, bicycles and toys!

  • How can I contribute?

Equilíbrio is a non-profit and co-created event. We ask every participant to contribute to the village spirit as we know that taking part in the experience creation fosters deeper connection and joy within participants.

You could support the operational backbone of the festival with a shift, or bring your magic through experiential content. Please note that space for both of these is limited and we will select based on availability and skill.

If you’d like to volunteer, fill out this form.

If you’d like to become a co-creator, fill out this form.

  • How much does this cost?

Tickets for 2025 are priced as follows:

    • General Sale: 250€

    • Last Wave: 290€

    • Generous Ticket (for those who can provide more support): 350€

    • Children under 12 year old can attend for free. Children of 12-18 years old can get a Young Ticket at 125eur.

What does the ticket price cover ?

Your ticket gives you access to all spaces and experiences onsite, as well as basic camping facilities. It’s an all-inclusive journey into art, music, and connection.

Food and drink vendors will be available onsite separately.

Why did the price go up this year?

Equilíbrio is a labour of love but it also requires real resources to exist. Our first edition was the seed of our community, and an experiment in many ways. For this gathering to keep evolving and growing with time, we now need to solidify our foundations and infrastructure. Lastly, we believe that creating magic requires compensating contributors fairly, and upholding a model rooted in care, balance, and respect for the people behind the scenes.

My plans have changed. Can I resell my ticket?

In order to resell your ticket, you will have to find someone to buy it, and you must inform us of the change in name and email, so we can update the new ticket holder in our system. This is necessary for checking in during the festival. The seller should email ola@equilibrio.org and cc the buyer, to inform our team of this change.

  • Your festival bracelet (given at check-in) will include a cashless chip which you can top-up with your card details and an app on your phone. All vendor prices will be converted in Nom-Noms where 1€ = 1 Nom-Nom. More info when you arrive onsite!

  • Who’s bringing this festival to life?

You are! Equilíbrio is not a passive experience—it’s a shared reality we all co-create. Your presence, energy, and openness are what make this gathering come alive.

And who works behind the scenes??
We’re a group of friends, producers, and creators who care deeply about culture, connection, and land-based gatherings:

    • Tommy, Charlotte, Claudia, Phil, Luís, Stefanie, and Marcella – Our wonderful core production team

    • Igor & Ned – Our strong construction and build team

    • Patricia feeding the crew before, during, and after the event with delicious yummy nom-noms

    • Geo - Our design wizard behind this website and our logo

We’re not here to profit, but to make something meaningful and sustainable together. Every ticket contributes to fair pay, shared effort, and a future for this project.
